GENERAL

You can shop in the RADIOSHOP online store 24 hours a day, the only requirement is customer registration, which is free.

ITEM PRICES

All product prices do not include VAT. The seller is a taxable person but not VAT registered. When purchasing, the prices apply at the time of order confirmation. The buyer pays for the goods in cash upon receipt by mail - on delivery or via bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIME

For items in stock, delivery is 1-12 business days, calculated from the date of confirmation of the buyer's order. For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days after receiving the order. In any case, the buyer will be informed of the delivery time of the items by email.

GRANT DEADLINE

The seller guarantees that the product will function flawlessly during the warranty period and beyond. In the event of a defect in the product, the warranty period that we recognize is 6 (six) months, or for products with a warranty period of 12 (twelve) months. During this period, the seller is then obliged to repair the product or replace it with a working one. In the event of disputes, the court in Nova Gorica has jurisdiction.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The buyer has the right to notify the company within fourteen days that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state a reason for his decision. The possibility of a refund does not apply to contracts whose subject matter is goods whose value depends on developments in financial markets over which the provider has no influence, to contracts for the supply of computer programs if the consumer has opened the security seal, to contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines and periodicals. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller must refund the entire purchase price, including postage, as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. If the seller is late with the refund, the consumer must pay one tenth of the received payments in addition to the statutory default interest for each additional thirty days of delay in payment. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended refund, no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, to the contact e-mail address: [email protected] or by regular mail to the provider's address. The message is considered to be timely if the postal item is delivered within the deadline. The buyer must send the goods undamaged and in the same quantity to the provider within the next 30 days, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. A copy of the invoice must be attached.

ARTICLE COMPLAINTS

The buyer shall send the defective product to the seller's address within the warranty period at his own expense. If the seller determines that the complaint is justified, he will repair or replace the product and send it to the buyer at his own expense. However, if he determines that the defect in the product occurred due to improper or negligent behavior of the buyer, the seller will send the product back to the buyer and charge him for the costs incurred.
